Questions, answered
Measuring, fitting, keys and guarantees. If your question isn’t here, message us.
Can I buy a door online?
Not yet. A security door is a long-term investment, so we ask you to visit one of our showrooms or book a site visit. That way you see the finishes in person and get a door that fits your opening exactly.
How do I measure my door opening?
You don't need to. One of our consultants will visit your site free of charge, measure every opening and recommend the right door for each.
How much does installation cost?
Our prices include delivery and installation within Accra and Tema. Outside Accra and Tema there is a delivery charge, which we confirm with you before you place your order. Installation is always done by our own team.
Can I install the door myself?
We don't recommend it. Our doors need specialist fitting, and our installation teams have more than 13 years of experience with them.
How soon can you install after I order?
We schedule installation about two weeks after an order is fully paid, as long as the site is ready. If it's urgent, call your consultant or our service manager.
What colours can I choose from?
We keep a wide range of colours in stock, and you can see all of them in our showrooms. If you need a colour we don't stock, we can order it for you.
Can you make a door taller than 210 cm?
Yes. A consultant will visit to advise on extra height, width and options such as glass panels, a digital viewer or a door closer. Special-size orders take about four months to arrive and install.
Can someone copy my keys?
No. Our security cylinders come with a personal ID card, and only the card holder can have keys copied, at our office. No other locksmith can cut them.
What makes your interior doors different?
Our metal interior doors are made of galvanised steel and fitted in a galvanised frame. They insulate well and need no maintenance. We also fit a range of wooden interior doors.
What guarantee do I get?
Every door comes with a five-year guarantee. After that, we're still here for servicing, repairs and upgrades for as long as you have the door.
